Salesian Calendar

The Salesian Calendar is out! The 2019 Calendar is once again a joint venture with the Australian Salesian Missions Office spotlighting a few of the projects around the world with which they are associated.

The Missions Office was established in the 1960’s. Its mission is to support the vocational education of young people in developing countries enabling them to find employment and become self-reliant, contributing members of their nation.

Most donors to the Australian Salesian Mission Overseas Aid Fund specify where they want their donation to go. Donations for the relief of poverty are tax-deductible; while donations for religious purposes such as the education of seminarians and the building of churches are welcome, they do not qualify for tax deductibility.

The Calendar will be posted out to all the subscribers of the Salesian Bulletin and distributed through Salesian works and Parishes.
